Boler Road Cycling and Watermain Improvements - London
Official title: Boler Road – Cycling and Watermain Improvements
London is adding a two-way cycle track to Boler Road and replacing the aging watermain. The project runs from Commissioners Road to Southdale Road. New pedestrian crossings and traffic signal upgrades are also planned. Construction is expected to start in early summer 2026.
Why This Matters
Live on or near Boler Road? This project will affect your daily commute and property access during construction. Cyclists will get a safer dedicated route. Some trees will be removed before work begins.
What Could Change
A new two-way cycle track will be built on the east side of Boler Road. Two new pedestrian crossings will be added at Optimist Park Drive and Norman Avenue. Traffic signals at three intersections will be upgraded or modified. The watermain between Byron Baseline Road and Griffith Street will be replaced.
Key Issues
- How will construction impact property access and street parking?
- What trees will be removed and when?
- How will the new cycle track design affect traffic flow?
