Erbsville North Development Plan - Waterloo's Next Neighbourhood
Official title: Erbsville North Master Environmental Servicing Plan and District Plan
Waterloo is planning a new neighbourhood in the Erbsville North area. The city is working with consultants to figure out where homes, parks, and roads should go. They're also studying how to handle stormwater, protect the environment, and connect the area to water and sewer services. The plan should be finished by fall 2026.
