What Happened

The engagement process included community engagement events, a pop-up session at Canada Day, presentations to Council Advisory Committees and community organizations. Feedback was collected through summer 2023, shared in fall 2023, and used to draft the plan in winter 2023. The final 2024-2027 Strategic Plan was adopted by Council in early 2024.
